• News of the week: The Central Bank of Nigeria lifted the ban it imposed on Paga, OPay, Kuda, Palmpay, and Moniepoint. The Central Bank of Kenya will soon begin issuing payment licenses to fintechs. And Rwanda confirmed its CBDC plans.
